meetings
on the calendar.

The right people. A reason to meet. A plan before the doors open.

Before the badge pickup

Make the trip
worth the trip.

We build the meeting motion around your buyers, your offer, and your event. Every handoff has a clear owner.

01

Find your people.

Map target accounts, buying roles, speakers, and available attendee signals. Check who fits and what supports their attendance.

Prioritized audience + source notes
02

Start the conversation.

Build relevant invitations, run the agreed outreach, and handle replies. Keep existing customers and active opportunities out of the wrong campaign.

Build around the meeting

One event.
A connected plan.

Start with pre-event meeting booking. Add the pieces that make sense for your team.

Audience Intelligence

Research the right accounts and people. Keep fit, identity, and attendance evidence visible.

  • Speakers, exhibitors, and event signals
  • Current roles and account priorities
  • Source-backed research your team can review

Event Enricher

Turn a partial roster into a useful audience. Resolve company and title fragments into reviewed matches.

  • Company and person matching
  • Contact enrichment and deduplication
  • Uncertain matches clearly flagged

Pre-event Outreach

Give each invitation a reason to exist. Connect approved messaging, reply handling, and scheduling.

  • Audience segments and relevant invitations
  • Agreed channels and sender capacity
  • Confirmations, reminders, and meeting briefs

Conference Commanders

Dedicated meeting-makers on the ground, briefed on your offer and the people you want to meet.

  • Priority-account briefs and floor coverage
  • Relevant conversations and introductions
  • Meeting handoffs with conversation notes

Dinners & Side Events

Bring the right people into a smaller room. Build a focused guest list and a useful reason to attend.

  • Audience and invitation strategy
  • RSVP tracking and host preparation
  • Introductions and follow-through

After the Event

Keep the conversation moving. Carry meeting context, next steps, and ownership into the wider pipeline.

  • Follow-up with the original context
  • CRM handoffs and accountable owners
  • Reporting from replies through next steps

Meet the team

Evidence before assumptions.A relevant company is not proof someone is attending.

Confirmed means confirmed.Interest, a booked slot, and an attended meeting are distinct.

Clear scope. Clear ownership.Channels, timing, access, and responsibilities are agreed together.

A few useful answers

Before we talk.

Do we need an attendee list?

No. Start with the event and your ideal customers. We can research speakers, exhibitors, partner ecosystems, and available attendance signals. A roster helps, but it is not the only starting point.

Can you work with our sales team?

Yes. BRG can provide research, build the outreach motion alongside your team, or own the agreed outreach and meeting coordination. We define the handoff and reply owners before launch.

How far ahead should we start?

As early as you can. We work backward from the event dates, your available calendars, audience access, and approval process. If the event is close, we prioritize the most useful work that fits the time available.

What counts as a booked meeting?

We agree on the criteria before starting. A confirmed meeting has an agreed time, location or meeting link, and an owner. An invitation sent or a positive reply is tracked separately.

What about travel, staffing, and event logistics?

On-site staffing, event access, travel, venue sourcing, catering, and production are included only when specifically agreed. The plan can focus entirely on pre-event outreach and meeting booking.
